All submitted manuscripts will be subjected to a similarity check using a licensed version of iThenticate plagiarism detection software. Only articles with a similarity index of less than 15% will be considered for examination, and submissions deemed unacceptable may be rejected or withdrawn without formal review. Submissions should also ensure less than 3% similarity from any single source. Authors must submit original and unpublished research that is not under consideration elsewhere. Manuscripts with a higher similarity index may be rejected at any stage of review or publication. Authors are individually and collectively responsible for maintaining the highest ethical standards regarding originality and proper attribution.
Any use of artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT or similar systems in the preparation of text, figures, images, or code must be clearly disclosed in the acknowledgments section of the submitted paper. Authors must identify the AI system used, specify the sections where AI-generated content was applied, and briefly explain the extent of such use. Failure to disclose this information may result in direct rejection of the paper without reviewer comments.
The ICETCI 2027 review process follows a double-blind review policy. The plagiarism check committee first verifies the submitted paper using iThenticate. A maximum similarity of 15% with proper citations is permitted before the review process begins.
Each paper will be reviewed by a minimum of three subject experts. A maximum of five papers will be assigned to any one reviewer.
Papers will be evaluated on the basis of technical quality, originality, relevance to the conference theme, significance, and clarity. The review process will be conducted by a strong national and international technical committee comprising experts from relevant domains.
